At Studio Gourmet our goal is provide you with delicious and healthy food and a great experience. Our name on your food is a guarantee of your satisfaction. We ask that you abide by the terms and conditions that follow. Please read, because your use of our studio services and websites constitutes your agreement with these terms.
Food Safety and Handling:
- Follow all the rules of conduct related to the use of Studio Gourmet during assembly session.
- Assume all responsibility for the transportation and proper storage of dinners that you create or pick-up at Studio Gourmet. (We recommend that you bring an insulated cooler to transport your dishes home)
- At home, put food you do not plan to prepare within 24 hrs into the freezer and store below 0 degrees F. Any food you plan to serve within 24 hours of your session, refrigerate (below 40 degrees F) until cooking.
- Thaw dishes in the refrigerator when dishes need to be thawed prior to cooking.
- Always wash hands with warm, soapy water before preparing and eating food.
- Follow cooking instructions as specified for each meal. Heat all meals to the appropriate internal cooking temperature as instructed by US FDA.
- Prepare and eat all dishes within 60 days to ensure maximum taste and quality.
- Illness: Do not attend your session if you have been exposed to any communicable diseases including cold or flu, etc. Please call Studio Gourmet as soon as possible to reschedule or make arrangements to have meals assembled for you.
- Customers of Studio Gourmet must agree to release Studio Gourmet, its owners, investors, and employees from all claims, damages and causes of action or liabilities which may arise as a result of preparation, storage and consumption of Studio Gourmet food, except if solely due to the gross negligence of Studio Gourmet.
Terms of a Studio Gourmet Session
- You must bring a cooler or insulated tote to transport your food home.
- You must always wash your hands, wear an apron and pull your hair back before you begin a session.
- All Food containers will be provided by Studio Gourmet.
- Food Safety Regulations prohibit children under 12 from attending sessions, unless the session is designated as a “Parent/Child” session.
- Some entrees cannot be split due to the nature of the recipe. Please let us know in advance if you plan to split your meals.
- We reserve the right to substitute any or all parts of a menu selection. Customers may choose another dish to prepare if substitution is deemed unacceptable.
- If alcohol is consumed in our store, you must agree to relinquish Studio Gourmet from any and all liability related to the consumption of alcohol on our premises regardless of who has provided the beverages.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: If you need to cancel your session reservation, we require 3 days (72 hours) notification before your scheduled session. In the event that you cancel less than three days before your session, we will assemble your meals for you for an additional fee. If you do not make arrangements or notify us within 3 days (72 hours) of your session, you will be charged for the session.
Menu Changes: If you would like to change your menu choices, you can do so until three days (72 hours) before the session by contacting the studio via phone.
Satisfaction/Guarantee/Return Policy: Our name on your food is a guarantee of your satisfaction. However, if you are dissatisfied with the quality of the meal, please let us know within 30 days of your purchase and we will replace your meal with a different selection of equal value from our current month’s menu. Per Health Regulations we are unable to accept returns of any food items.
Studio Gourmet reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions from time to time. When we make changes, we will post them on StudioGourmet.com, so please check them from time to time because your use of our services and website following any changes indicates your agreement to abide by these modifications.
